As the name suggests, Synergy is gathering the city’s young talents to foster friendships and mutual learning. This confluence of talents will explore the beauty of togetherness as we strive to create a more sustainable, inclusive and vibrant community. We are privileged to invite you to participate in this year’s event.
Through a myriad mix of performances, artistic expressions, and interactive activities, participants will explore how harmony can flourish in music, dance, drama, art, and beyond.
“Harmony” aims to capture the essence of the beauty of collaboration, creativity, understanding and appreciation.

" Dear Principal,

It gives me great pleasure to cordially invite your students to our Inter-School Cultural Festival—SYNERGY 2025, to be held on the 1st and 2nd of August 2025. Synergy guarantees to provide a stimulating and unforgettable experience with diverse opportunities to display the skills and talents of your students. I would also like to use this opportunity to introduce our theme for this year—Harmony.

APL has been consistently on the path toward sustainability goals through various initiatives. This year, we have curated a Responsible Citizenship event named ‘The Turning Point’ where the schools registering for the Turning Point stand a chance to earn 250 points to their overall score. The participating schools for the turning point are expected to create a practical and functional product. The products thus made will be assessed on Day 2 of Synergy’25, and points are awarded to those teams who meet the criteria, hence promoting the development of sustainable solutions.

In today's world, where differences are often emphasised, Synergy’25 encapsulates the belief in collaboration, celebrating the strength of togetherness. A collective effort or synergy with a focus towards a common goal will have a larger impact yielding better results than individual endeavours. We ought to embrace this chance to unite and work together to change the world of today for a better future.

The Turning Point- Responsible Citizenship Event

Participating schools can register exclusively for this event. For this, the schools can fill in the shared template briefing on the project and submit it Monday, 21st July'25. On Day 2 of Synergy’25 (1st August'25), 250 points will be rewarded to the registered school’s overall score, if the criteria are met, potentially increasing the school’s chances of winning the overall winner trophy. The criteria for the evaluations are listed below:

  • Artistic Merit: Aesthetic appeal, composition, and skillful execution.
  • Environmental Message: Clarity and impact of the work's commentary on sustainability.
  • Originality and Creativity: Novelty of concept and artistic expression.
  • Technical Skill: Proficiency in handling materials and construction techniques.
  • Usability and Durability
  • Material Transformation: Degree of original material alteration and innovative reuse.

The registered school is expected to create a practical and functional object working over the two days of Synergy’25 (the project will be assessed on 1st Aug). The defining characteristic of this product is that it must be made entirely or predominantly from recycled and repurposed materials, emphasising resourcefulness and innovation in waste management.

Code of conduct:
It is completely forbidden to possess, use, distribute, or sell any of the following prohibited items or drugs, whether they are lawful or illegal under Indian law, at the event site and within 100 meters of the property. It is prohibited to use any kind of intoxicating or mind-altering substance, including synthetic, herbal, and prescription ones. Anyone caught in possession of or under the influence will be taken out right away, and if necessary, they will be reported to the police.Items that are prohibited: weapons, illegal substances (drugs), alcohol, and cigarette, vapes or any intoxicants taken through smoking.

Registering for the event means you agree to follow the full Code of Conduct. Not following it could lead to disciplinary action.

The following rules and regulations must be followed:
  1. The entries must reach us on or before July 28, 2025.
  2. Please register for the events through our synergy website
  3. For any enquiry, please email the teacher coordinator at aplsynergy@apl.edu.in
  4. Registration can be done online as a School only. Individual registration will not be entertained.
  5. Signing in for the day’s events starts at 08.00 am on Day 1 and Day 2.
  6. Students are expected to be in the venue 10 minutes before the commencement of the event that they are participating in.
  7. Students should bring a bonafide certificate/ID card.
  8. Students should be in their school uniform.
  9. Cell phones are not permitted within the school premises.
  10. A teacher should accompany the participants on both days.
  11. Vulgarity OR derogatory remarks, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. Non-compliance will result in disqualification.
  12. The decision of the judges is final and irrevocable.
  13. Prize winners of the events conducted on Day 2 post-lunch will be awarded during the valedictory function.
  14. All participants must strictly adhere to the time limit mentioned for each event
  15. Participants are requested to refrain from registering for multiple events simultaneously.
  16. Overall Trophy will be awarded to the school which wins the maximum cumulative points across all events conducted on both days. (Winners - 100 points / Runners - 50 points)
  17. Canteen/food court (payable) will be available. No ordering food via delivery apps is allowed.
  18. The management is not responsible for any loss or damage of personal belongings.
  19. Participants are categorised into the following groups:
    • " Category 1: Grades 3 to 5"
    • "Category 2: Grades 6 to 8"
    • "Category 3: grades 9 to 12"
  20. Any damage to the school property will lead to disqualification with a penalty.
  21. Appreciate fair play and true competitive spirit.
  22. On-the-spot registration will be subject to the availability of slots for each event.
  23. No movie songs or BGMs from movies to be played in any event.
